Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
SpandiLand is a universe built on imagination, not surveillance. This page explains, in plain language, what data f3dral.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and anything you send us is used only to answer you. You will never be forced to click through a wall to enter the universe.
Who runs this site
f3dral.com is operated by f3dRaL (SpandiLand / TeXTfuLL). For anything privacy-related, transmit to contact@f3dral.com.
What we collect, and why
- Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how travelers find and move through the universe: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and interactions such as playing a video or clicking a streaming link. These tools set cookies and receive your IP address. We see aggregated maps of the journey, never your identity.
- Contact form. When you send a message into SpandiLand, the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you enter are forwarded to our inbox by FormSubmit.co, our form delivery service. We use them only to write back.
- SANDI chat. SANDI speaks through Groq, the AI service that generates her replies. Messages you type are sent there, along with the last few messages of your conversation for context. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to keep the chat fair (a limit of messages per hour); it is never written to a database. Conversations are not stored on our servers after your session ends. Even so, treat SANDI like a poet at a party: share stories, not secrets.
- On your device. The site keeps a small session counter in your browser for the chat limit, and if you install SpandiLand as an app, a service worker caches pages so the universe works offline. Both stay on your device and never leave it.
- Server logs. Our hosting service (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
Fellow travelers (third-party services)
Parts of the universe are powered by services with their own privacy policies:
- Google: Analytics, Fonts, and embedded YouTube videos (policy). YouTube may set cookies when you play an embedded video.
- Meta: the Meta Pixel (policy).
- Groq: AI responses for SANDI (policy).
- FormSubmit.co: contact form delivery (policy).
- Gumroad: purchases from The Vault check out entirely on Gumroad; we never see your payment details (policy).
- Vercel: website hosting (policy).
Links to streaming and social platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Audius, Instagram, TikTok, X) lead out of SpandiLand into those services, which collect data under their own policies.
Cookies and your choices
No consent wall, no dark patterns. The universe stays open either way:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the GA opt-out browser add-on.
- Manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Content blockers that stop analytics scripts do not break the site. Every realm still opens.
How long we keep things
Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Analytics data follows Google's and Meta's standard retention settings. Chat rate-limit records evaporate from server memory within an hour.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. In practice, the only personal data we hold directly is contact form mail. Write to contact@f3dral.com and we will handle your request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the universe starts collecting something new (for example, when the NFT collection launches), this page changes first, with a fresh date at the top.
